Ingredients
- 1 cup corn syrup, light
- 3 large eggs slightly beaten
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch)
Method
- Mix all ingredients for filling and add pecans last.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 400F (200C).
- for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
