Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. miniature chocolate chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg whites and salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured pans.
- Put in oven.
- Turn off oven.
- Leave in 2 1/2 to 4 hours (or overnight).
- Store in airtight container to avoid tearing.
