Ingredients
- 4 c. cucumbers, sliced thin
- 2 c. onion, sliced thin
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar (cold)
- 4 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Mix cucumbers, onion, salt and 2 cups water.
- Let stand 2 hours.
- Drain; do not rinse.
- Pack into containers.
- Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over cucumbers.
- Freeze.
- Do not heat vinegar.
