Ingredients
- 1 pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 c. marshmallows
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. ground cranberries
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- In top of double boiler, stir water, jello, marshmallows and cream cheese until melted.
- Cool slightly, about 15 minutes.
- Add cranberries, pecans and pineapple.
- Chill and serve.
