Ingredients
- 1/2 c. leftover meat
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 4 c. leftover cooked rice
- 1 green onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 well beaten egg
Method
- Brown the meat in a skillet. Add the next 4 things and fry for 10 minutes. Add the egg and fry for 5 minutes more.
