Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 5 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. sliced green peppers
  • 6 green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • shrimp, beef or pork, cut up

Method

  • Saute bacon in a large frying pan until just starting to crisp. Add rice, onion and pepper.
  • Stir constantly, about 10 minutes or until rice is hot.
  • Stir in soy sauce and add beaten eggs.
  • Cook 5 minutes or longer until eggs are cooked, tossing lightly with a fork.
  • Add either shrimp, beef or pork which has already been heated.
