Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. precooked rice
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • green onions, cut up
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
  • soy sauce
  • precooked chicken, beef or pork, cut in small pieces

Method

  • Preheat frying pan to 420°.
  • Fold in 2 strips of bacon.
  • Add 2 eggs; don't break yolk and do not mix with bacon.
  • After eggs are half cooked, break into little pieces.
  • Add precooked rice.
  • Don't mix with eggs and bacon.
  • Add cut up green onions on rice and 3 to 4 tablespoons oil.
  • Sprinkle soy sauce on top of rice.
  • Mix bacon and eggs with rice.
  • Push to back of pan.
  • Add precooked chicken to the front of pan and saute.
  • Mix it all together.
