Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. precooked rice
- 4 strips bacon
- 2 eggs
- green onions, cut up
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- soy sauce
- precooked chicken, beef or pork, cut in small pieces
Method
- Preheat frying pan to 420°.
- Fold in 2 strips of bacon.
- Add 2 eggs; don't break yolk and do not mix with bacon.
- After eggs are half cooked, break into little pieces.
- Add precooked rice.
- Don't mix with eggs and bacon.
- Add cut up green onions on rice and 3 to 4 tablespoons oil.
- Sprinkle soy sauce on top of rice.
- Mix bacon and eggs with rice.
- Push to back of pan.
- Add precooked chicken to the front of pan and saute.
- Mix it all together.
