Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple (13 to 20 oz.)
- 2 pkg. jello (1 lemon and 1 strawberry)
- 7 oz. ginger ale
- 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Save juice.
- Add water to juice to make 1 cup liquid, then bring to boiling.
- Dissolve jello in boiling liquid.
- Let cool.
- Gently stir in ginger ale, then chill until partially set.
- Blend in pineapple, cranberry sauce and marshmallows.
- Turn into a 2-quart casserole dish and chill until firm.
