Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. shortbread cookies, crushed
- 1 c. walnuts (optional)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 Tbsp. juice (orange)
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 c. frozen, chopped M&M's (use fun chips)
Method
- Combine cookies, walnuts and butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; press in place.
- Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and orange juice with mixer in a large bowl until smooth.
- Fold Cool Whip into cream cheese.
- Stir in candies.
- Spoon over crust and freeze until firm.
- Thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
