Ingredients
- 1 large can sliced pineapple
- 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, semi-thawed
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Drain and dice peaches and pineapple.
- Add bananas and strawberries.
- Combine all fruit in large bowl.
- Bring water to a boil; add sugar and boil until clear.
- Pour over fruit.
- Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
- Fill with fruit mixture and freeze overnight.
- Set out 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
