Ingredients
- 4 cups crushed stawberries
- 8 cups sugar
- 2 boxes Sure Jell
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method
- Mix stawberries and sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Mix Sure Jell and water then boil this mixture for 1 minute - stir constantly. Stir Shure Jell mixture into fruit and contine stirring for 3 minutes.
- Ladle into jars , cover with lids and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours before storing in freezer.
