Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek olive, rinsed and pitted
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon thyme or 12 teaspoon basil
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 12 cups fresh parsley, stems removed
Method
- In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until just smooth enough to spread.
