Ingredients
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 small diced onion
- 2 c. water (potato or vegetable water is best)
- 3/4 c. stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 c. creamed corn
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
Method
- Cook first 3 ingredients until soft.
- Add next 2 ingredients. Reheat and add last 2 ingredients.
