Ingredients
- 3 lbs of fully cooked kielbasa or 3 lbs Polish sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
Method
- Place the sausage in a 3 quart slow cooker; sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour ginger ale over the top. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through. Serve with a slotted spoon.
