Ingredients
- 2 c. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. melted shortening
Method
- Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- Put in cranberries.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar; add nuts.
- In a bowl, beat eggs; add 1 cup sugar, flour and melted shortening.
- Pour over cranberry layer.
- Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
