Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries, sliced
- 3 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. club soda
Method
- Wash figs and cut up all you have to prepare.
- Measure 1 cup sugar to each 2 cups of figs.
- Add 1 box strawberry jello to each 4 cups of figs.
- Cook on low heat until figs and mixture come to boil; cook at boiling stage for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let cool and store in sterilized jars and lids.
