Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Mix cake mix with melted margarine, vanilla and 2 eggs. Mixture will be thick.
- Working with fingers, pack in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla and eggs; this will be thin.
- Pour over top of cake batter.
- Bake at 350° for exactly 40 minutes.
- Don't peek in. Take cake out of oven and let cool 4 minutes.
- Cut into squares.
