Ingredients
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, nuts and butter, lumpy.
- Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix together sugar, cheese and Cool Whip.
- Hard to spread on top of cake.
- Beat slowly the pudding and milk.
- Add to pie.
- Cover top with Cool Whip.
