Ingredients
- 1 doz. long ears corn
- 1 large head cabbage, chopped
- 4 red peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 pt. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Steam corn for 15 minutes.
- Cut off cob, add rest of recipe. Boil 20 minutes.
- Yields 5 quarts.
