Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 3 Tbsp. tender quick salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients good.
- Form into 2 logs and roll in foil; twist ends good.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Take out and boil in water 1 hour.
- Remove from kettle.
- Poke holes in foil to drain. Remove foil and when cooled enough to handle, wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate.
- Ready to eat.
