- 3 large baking potatoes, cut into large cubes
- 3 lb chicken thighs
- 2 large sweet onions
- 1 head minced garlic
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Place ingredients in order in the crock pot (slow cooker).
- Cook 6-8 hours on low.
