Ingredients
- 2 bunches Asparagus
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Grated garlic
Method
- Remove the hard stems from the asparagus and peel the skin off the bottom 1/3 of the stems.
- Grill on a rack, turning occasionally until it it is soft and browned.
- Mix all the ingredients marked to make the sauce.
- Transfer the asparagus to a serving plate, pour on the sauce and enjoy.
