Ingredients
- 8 ears corn, cooked
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Cut corn from cob and place in saucepan with whipping cream. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in salt, sugar and m.s.g.
- Melt butter in a small pan and stir in flour; do not brown.
- Stir butter and flour mixture into corn and cook until slightly thickened.
- Turn corn into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and dot with butter.
- Brown under browning unit.
