Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Post Grape-Nuts cereal
- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 3 1/2 c. (about 1 lb.) ground cooked ham
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Combine cereal, pineapple and juice; set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Stir in cereal mixture.
- Shape into loaf. Place in greased shallow baking pan or 1 1/2-quart Pyrex loaf dish.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Serve with mustard sauce. Makes 6 servings.
