Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef with onions, drained
  • 1 small jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag wide egg noodles, according to directions, rinse and drain
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup or cream of mushroom
  • 1 large bag shredded Velveeta cheese or any Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Brown ground beef with onions and drain.
  • Add spaghetti sauce. Boil egg noodles according to directions, rinse and drain.
  • Add mushrooms, cream of chicken soup, cream of broccoli soup or cream of mushroom and shredded Velveeta cheese or any Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
