Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix potatoes, sour cream, onions, soup, cheese and half of butter.
- Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Pour other half of butter over cornflakes and spread over mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
