- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cans chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 10 oz. grated sharp cheese
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Method
- Mix all ingredients except corn flakes.
- Sprinkle on top and bake, uncovered, 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole at 350°.
