Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 oz blue cheese
- 1 hand ful of hazelnuts
Method
- Put 8 oz. cream cheese into food processor and mix. Then add 1 oz blue cheese. When combined, put in 1 hand full of hazelnut until chopped. Remove and smooth into ramekin with 1 hazelnut on top as garnish. Chill and serve with crakers or baquettes. Can also be combined with ham as tea sandwich.
