Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 stalks Green Onion Or Leeks, Sliced About 1/4 Inch
  • 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 4 cups Thinly Sliced Cabbage
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper

Method

  • In a large fry pan (I used my cast iron pan), add olive oil and heat to medium. Then add green onions/leeks and garlic; saute for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add cabbage and salt and pepper; toss everything together so the olive oil coats the cabbage. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
