- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can Italian style tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 2 handfuls uncooked noodles or macaroni
Method
- Brown meat in large pot; drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes.
- May prefer to place in crock-pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
