Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Finely
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ripe olives Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies Canned
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped
  • 3 ounces cream cheese Pkg., softened
  • 3 spinach or plain flour

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
  • Spread cheese mixture evenly over tortillas; roll up tortillas.
  • Wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Cut into 1-inch slices.
