Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Finely
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ripe olives Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies Canned
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped
- 3 ounces cream cheese Pkg., softened
- 3 spinach or plain flour
Method
- Mix all ingredients except tortillas.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over tortillas; roll up tortillas.
- Wrap tortilla rolls individually in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Cut into 1-inch slices.
