Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Pour the flour into a large mixing bowl.
  • Beat the eggs together with the remaining ingredients.
  • Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the liquid mixture.
  • Work the mixture together to form a smooth, stiff dough.
  • Knead it until smooth, with lightly floured hands, in a bowl or a lightly floured surface.
  • The dough must be smooth and not one bit sticky, but don't overdo it on the flour or the dough will crumble.
  • Wrap the dough in a plastic food bag and leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
