Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- dash of nutmeg on top
Method
- Beat eggs until blended.
- Stir in honey, milk, salt and almond extract.
- Mix well.
- Pour into 8 ungreased 5 ounce custard cups. Place cups in shallow 8-inch pan with hot water around them, about 1/2-inch deep. Bake 35 minutes.
- Cool.
- Chill in refrigerator. Serve cold.
