Ingredients
- 4 fresh pork chops
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Pound each chop to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Dredge chops in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat one tablespoon butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add chops and brown on both sides, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Stir together remaining butter, honey and pecans.
- Add to skillet; stir gently.
- Cover and simmer gently for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove pork chops to serving platter and pour the sauce over them.
- Preparation time: 20 minutes.
