Ingredients

  • 4 fresh pork chops
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Pound each chop to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Dredge chops in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Heat one tablespoon butter in heavy skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chops and brown on both sides, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Stir together remaining butter, honey and pecans.
  • Add to skillet; stir gently.
  • Cover and simmer gently for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Remove pork chops to serving platter and pour the sauce over them.
  • Preparation time: 20 minutes.
