- 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken breasts
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. angel hair pasta, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped celery
- Durkee onion rings
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and onion rings.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Sprinkle over top grated cheese and onion rings.
- Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Can be prepared the day before. Add cheese and onion rings just before baking.
- Serves 6 to 8.
