Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In 9 x 9-inch ungreased baking dish, stir together first 5 ingredients.
- Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.
- Stir in pecans.
- Stir together brown sugar and remaining cocoa; smooth over top of mixture in baking dish.
- Pour hot water over all ingredients.
