Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot italian suasage links cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1/2 sweet red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2-3 very small zucchini diced
  • 1 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 jar Bertolli tomato & basil
  • 1 package pasta (spiral or butterfly) cooked according to directions

Method

  • put small amount of ovlive oil in 10" skillet. Brown sausage. Add onion and peppers cook until tender. Add sauce and bring to gentle boil. Add zucchini and mushrooms simmer for 15 min or until zucchini and mushrooms are tender. Pour sauce over pasta and stir. Top with Parmasan cheese and serve with garlic bread and salad.
