Ingredients
- 4 c. very warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar, stir in water
- 2 pkg. yeast, sprinkle over top and let set 5 minutes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 heaping tsp. salt
- flour
Method
- Mix and knead until not sticky.
- Let rise 1 hour.
- Punch down and make into rolls or bread and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
- Bake rolls 20 to 30 minutes.
- Bake loaves about 40 to 60 minutes.
