Ingredients

  • 4 prebaked mini prepared pizza crust
  • 2 cups cubed chicken
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 14 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing or 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Place crusts on an ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, butter, and pepper sauce.
  • Spread`salad dressing over crusts,.
  • Top with chicken mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes.
