Ingredients
- 8 to 10 boiled potatoes
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. chives
- 2 tsp. salt to taste
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 clove garlic
Method
- Boil potatoes and beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add potatoes; beat them.
- Add sour cream, margarine, garlic and salt; pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
