Ingredients
- 5 lb. pre-cooked ham
- whole cloves
- large maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
Method
- Score ham, stud with cloves and cherries.
- Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, combine sugar, syrup and mustard.
- Use 3/4 cup glaze mixture to baste ham every 10 minutes during the last 35 to 40 minutes of baking.
