Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Vanilla MALLOW Bits

Method

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  • until completely dissolved.
  • Cool 5 min.
  • Spoon into 9 (1-oz.)
  • plastic cups sprayed with cooking spray; place in shallow pan.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Run knife around edges of cups to loosen gelatin; unmold onto small plates.
  • Sprinkle graham crumbs around bases of gelatin molds.
  • Top with MALLOW Bits.
