Ingredients
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Vanilla MALLOW Bits
Method
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Cool 5 min.
- Spoon into 9 (1-oz.)
- plastic cups sprayed with cooking spray; place in shallow pan.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Run knife around edges of cups to loosen gelatin; unmold onto small plates.
- Sprinkle graham crumbs around bases of gelatin molds.
- Top with MALLOW Bits.
