Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. wide noodles
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef (I use 1 lb.)
  • chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated or shredded
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms or 1 can chopped
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 small jar salad olives, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Brown beef, onions, pepper and mushrooms.
  • Add tomato paste, sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Arrange in 2 small or one large oblong dish.
