Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 1/8 C roasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1/3 C soy sauce
  • 1/3 C white wine vinager
  • 2T sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 3 C chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 C sliced onion
  • 8 C lightly packed spinach leaves

Method

  • cook pasta,drain & rinse in cold water
  • in saute pan,saute sesame seeds & 1/4 c oil,2 min until golden brown
  • Combine, remaining 1/4 oil,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,salt,& pepper.
  • pour over cooked pasta
  • chill for 8 hours
  • to serve: add parsley,onion and spinach
  • toss lightly
