Ingredients

  • 2 cup Brown bulgur
  • 1/2 kg minced meat
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Chopped Majoram
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5 Onions
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 grams Coarse Minced Meat
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Grenadine Molasses
  • 2 tbsp Toasted pine
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 slice butter

Method

  • Chop the onions
  • Put 3 tablespoon oil in a pan, let it heat
  • Add the chopped onions to the pan, keep steering till you get golden onions
  • Add the coarse minced meat
  • Keep steering till you get them done, turn off the heat
  • Add the grenadine mollasses, pines
  • For the Kebbeh
  • Mix these ingredients and add water if needed
  • take half the quantity and flatten it to achieve the size of the pan
  • Spray the pan with vegetable oil than put the Kebbeh
  • Add the stuff you prepared earlier
  • flatten the other half of kebbeh and place it on top
  • For presentation
  • Pour Oil on top
  • add butter
  • put it the oven pre heated to 250C for 25 min
  • should be eaten hot with yogurt
