Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon, in 1-inch cubes
- 4 ears corn, sweet or horse, scraped from cob
- 2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, minced or in rings
- 1 large egg
- salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Method
- Lightly fry bacon, mix other ingredients thoroughly; pour into bacon grease.
- Fry slowly so as not to brown too quickly, about 25 minutes.
