Ingredients
- 2 pounds egg noodles
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 10 eggs
Method
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together in a bowl, cooked egg noodles, butter and eggs.
- Stir until all is blended; season as desired.
- Pour in 2 9x9 inch baking pans.
- Bake for one hour.
