Ingredients

  • 2 pounds egg noodles
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 10 eggs

Method

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Add egg noodles and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together in a bowl, cooked egg noodles, butter and eggs.
  • Stir until all is blended; season as desired.
  • Pour in 2 9x9 inch baking pans.
  • Bake for one hour.
