Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups orange sections
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Method

  • Combine banana and lemon juice in a small bowl; toss gently to coat. Layer orange sections, banana, strawberries, and pineapple in a 1 1/2-quart serving bowl; cover and chill.
  • Combine sour cream, sugar, and liqueur; fold in coconut and whipped cream. Spoon sour cream mixture over fruit, and sprinkle with pecans.
