- 2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange sections
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Method
- Combine banana and lemon juice in a small bowl; toss gently to coat. Layer orange sections, banana, strawberries, and pineapple in a 1 1/2-quart serving bowl; cover and chill.
- Combine sour cream, sugar, and liqueur; fold in coconut and whipped cream. Spoon sour cream mixture over fruit, and sprinkle with pecans.
