Ingredients
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) medium shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 c. chopped cucumber
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed and drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Method
- Layer lettuce, shells, cucumbers, tomatoes, tuna, peas and cheese into a 3-quart bowl.
- Spread salad dressing or mayonnaise over salad.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Toss to serve.
- Makes 8 servings.
