Ingredients

  • 4 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) medium shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. chopped cucumber
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Method

  • Layer lettuce, shells, cucumbers, tomatoes, tuna, peas and cheese into a 3-quart bowl.
  • Spread salad dressing or mayonnaise over salad.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Toss to serve.
  • Makes 8 servings.
