Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsifted flour
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 c. cold margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate

Method

  • In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar; cut into margarine until crumbly.
  • Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes at 350°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder and ReaLemon juice; mix well.
  • Pour over crust.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
  • Cool.
  • Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
