Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c. cold margarine
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
Method
- In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar; cut into margarine until crumbly.
- Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes at 350°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder and ReaLemon juice; mix well.
- Pour over crust.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator; serve at room temperature.
